Representative Work
Jane resolves civil disputes for her clients as a member of our Advocacy Group. She strives to provide prompt service and practical advice to her clients to reach creative and cost effective results. Some areas of particular interest include:
- Advising clients on strategic approaches for the prompt and economical resolution of disputes
- Personal Injury Litigation arising out of industrial accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and occupier's liability incident
- Corporate Litigation including contractual and commercial disputes
